Account not Permitted

I am not permitted to enter the Servers, it says it will send me an email, but i dont get one,

i have waited half an hour but there is still nothing.

I can log in on the Page, so i know my PW but it only says not permitted under MyAccount

and "There is a problem with your account" in the launcher.

I havnt played for a while but i cant remember doing anything to get a ban.

Please send the Email again for the Account under this Mail or help me any other way xD.

Hey @Goleo2205 

This message means that your account has been banned. You can write an email to swtoraccountdisputes@bioware.com and they can unban you if there is everything ok.

Also if your in a position too, if you are not aware of any reason to have issues with the account , if it is easy to do give CS a call , they can look and see if it is an issue they can handle or not.
