Hi, i have been playing for a long time on my iPad and thought i would try and make a new one for fun on my phone.. the first couple of days it worked fine. I was able to play with the old one on the iPad and new one on my phone.. 

Not anymore for some reason. Now it logs automatically in to the “new” account on both devices. 
Can you please help me get my “old” account back again.

Have you linked your game progress at some point to an E-mail address or to a Facebook account? Then you should be able to retrieve that. On a new installation of Rivals, just repeat the linking process after the tutorial. Then the game will let you choose to continue where you left off.

After reinstall i only get the option between the “new” account i made and a brand new one.. have attached photo.
