Account is limited and I cannot access to the online servers

One thing: There is no option to link ea account in online settings in game. Maybe it is a clue?

@beeezoli You can find that option in the Options > Gameplay > Online.

After getting confirmation from a couple of users to test on their accounts, we're still investigating this issue

No! I can't find that option there. This is why  I say there is no option for me. Please read these posts carefully not just overread. You are the second from the team who handles us as idiots. We can't be banned without playing the game online, can we? When I say there is no option like that in my game I say there is no option. And I say that because it is weird and maybe this information helps you to do your work. But you again doesnt handle the comments as true just saying your preconceptions. This is not looking professional

Can anyone experiencing this issue please post the time (including your timezone, PST/GMT etc.) and date that it happened.

Can't remember exaxtly, but after a cca 2gb update. As I remember it was on the weekend. (Maybe saturday)

Same message when trying to access online modes.

I tried disabling MSI and all other launchers but still no online access

Career and race creator work fine

We're still investigating this issue, but we could use some additional info. When you have the chance, could you share the Origin logs that are found at the following file location?

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Origin\Logs
