Hey everyone,
After today's patch (v1.06) which may fix the problem for some users, we will be releasing an additional hotfix on March 11th that directly aims to address the 'Account is Limited' messages on Origin. Please let us know whether you're still experiencing this issue once the hotfix goes live, or if the v1.06 patch has rectified this problem for you.

@CM_TGKI did not join a multiplayer game, but can confirm as of this hotfix (I'm assuming patch 1.05, tested about 7:30pm PST, so whichever hotfix was live at that time) I was able to see my friend's list and no error upon pressing spacebar to open party list. Appreciate the hard work!

After v1.06's release on March 10th, an additional hotfix is now public on Origin and EA App that aims to resolve the following issues:
If you are still having issues with ZoneAlarm firewall, please add the GRID Legends executable file to the 'Allow' list. Are you using ZoneAlarm security software on your PC? If so, you may need to configure an exception for GRID Legends. Check out the ZoneAlarm Support website for more info on how to set that up.

Just to confirm, have you tried setting an exception for GRID Legends in your security software to see if that helps?
