Account invalid

Ive been playing apex legends on my Xbox since it came out, I only took a break from it during season 2, I have purchased and completed all other battle passes and was a level 200+ with purchased apex coins so I could buy the next battle pass in 14 days, but now Everytime I try logging in to apex on my main account it says my account is invalid and tries to recconect, however when I log in on my second account which is only level 15 there is no problem, I've tried using the ea website but it is not help and has told me this could mean my account was deleted, hacked, or banned for violating terms of service which I didn't do, I would appreciate it if this problem could be fixed or I could get my items transferred to my new account since I cannot log into my old account, I wish this wouldnt happen though because this was my favorite game until this problem occured and if I lose all of my items that I have spent my money on (over $150) I will quit playing this game as I do not wish to spend more money or time on a game that just deleted my progress, my Xbox acc Is SaltyInnerElbow if that helps you track my items to see that I am being honest, please try to help
