Account invalid

Tried jumping on to play apex and it keeps saying my account is invalid I checked my email and everything is normal. Tried restarting everything waited the 90 mins but nothing has changed the account I have been using was created through my ps4 and hasn't been connected to any ea accounts that I know of. I have no idea how to get this fixed

Try resetting your EA Account password. This will help in most cases.

If that doesn’t work, wait 90 minutes and try again. You may have tried to reset your password too many times and too fast.

I have checked my email 30 times now and it is the exact same email I have used since I booted up my ps4 for the first time nothing has changed with my email the email on my ps4 was never signed out of i played apex the day before no problems
