Account hacked

Log into my account and my account is not there, its been replaced by something else,  i must have hacked or something. I have screenshots of my Alley code and player ID. I did send help request on EA support with pictures but i get no response what so ever.

@Deppax I would recommend reaching out to an advisor for further assistance with your account, as we cannot assist with this on the forums.
