Account hacked or system error

Greetings everyone and happy holidays!
So my case is :
Yesterday i login and see that i've received bunch of random skins, voicelines and such, which i thought is some random Xmas giveaway, then  while playing i get dced and while trying to login it said something like your account is logged in already or something....so i managed to login right after that..
But today on login i realized i have my crafting matterials and apex coins reduced, opened the store and it said I have the Legendary Pack Bundle owned?!

So i dont know how that happened, my gues is someone managed to get into my account and mess it up(i changed pass and added authenticator)
Or there has been some sort of human or automation error in the system...

Either way please whoever has the access to the data remove the newly added content from my account and bring back my points.

Right now i have 335 crafting materials, when i had around 1600

and 500 apex coins, when i had around 1100-1200.

@hrisiqk well something similar happened to me.I havent played apex since season 5 or 6 idk and yesterday when i tried to play it says that i am banned idk how then i checked my season 7 stats and i had 53 kills without playing... someone has hacked my acc...
