where is profile options?? i have tried everything i could find and so has EA.

have exactly the same problem on my stationary computer, have tried everything too i am betting if u keep starting the game u will be able to get into the game at one point in time, for me all between 1 and 30 times, funny thing is my labtop runs the game every time i start the game but at 30fps

I had the same issue, Changing the language from (in my case from English to Dutch) closing Origin, re launch Origin and change back to English worked at treat!

@XBASSX_x I think it’s more of an Origin issue tho. Do you have Origin set to run as Administrator?

I have the same problem in PVZ BFN it's anoying I really hate this * bug, EA dont care about it, we are paying a lot of money we need a solution
