My account was stolen and the number thief changed my email address, but I have the initial email address and consumption records, how can I retrieve it

Unfortunately we're not able to help with account issues like this on the forums, but I recommend that you reach out to our live support team as soon as possible to they can help you re-secure your account:

I recommend that you start a chat if you get the option to do so, as it's the quickest and easiest way to get help. Once you've selected your product and platform, try picking "Manage my account" -> "Hacked account". That usually gives me the chat option.
