Account banned due to multiple kills of AFK bots [ Edited ]

    Hey. I entered deathmatch mode and all the players were AFK bots except me and two teammates, I killed them many times with a record of 22 kills, 0 deaths, 4400 damage, and then my APEX account was banned. It was so hard for me that I had a hard time sleeping every night.
    I sent many emails to EA help and got a response that we had done a full investigation and it was the right action. Did the team really investigate? Don't lie to me, because except for the first time, I received a response from you guys immediately after I sent the email. It's hard not to suspect that no survey was conducted and an auto-response was made directly.
    You can't ban the AFK bots, so why am I banned for killing AFK bots that don't act? We all know the EA dev team has a lot of work to deal with, but I didn't expect the solution to this matter to be so simple and brutal, not being able to deal with AFK bots and just banning normal players' accounts! ? This is really crazy!
    Please help me developers, thank you.

I've read the article about account banning many times, even downloaded my EA game profile and checked my STEAM login address, I'm pretty sure I was banned for killing most of the AFK bots, and when I filed a complaint for this reason, no one accepted it for me, I don't understand. Don't you know that this is happening on Hong Kong servers? There are a lot of AFK bots messing up the game environment. Just because I killed too many AFK bots, my account was banned. I don't understand.

After I played this one game that was all AFK bots, in the next put the game has been going on for about 3 minutes, my account directly online banned. I applied for help from EA help many times and got back in seconds, did you guys really investigate carefully? That's why I came to the forum for help.
