Account banned by mistake (I didn't play for months)

Yesterday I got an e-mail saying that my account was banned, implying that I have used cheats.

Now let me be clear about this. I didn't play for months but also wanted to get back into the game. I don't use cheats or stupid programs for skins or anything like it.

Any admin or dev can see that I am really bad at the game and I don't have so maaaany kills like a hacker or accuracy that high. Even if my account has been hacked, I would really like my account unbanned.

I got the same problem bro. I already made my case in the EA contacts. Both cases for Hacked and banned account. Still in "progress" and "waiting on player", hope they resolve this. Stay safe.
