Account ban help

I logged in a few days ago and got an account ban for “repeat offenses” . Which is strange because I have never had a single offense. Also says I will receive an email regarding the ban which hasn’t been received.

 

i opened a ticket 3 says ago with customer support which also hasn’t been answered.

 

 

after spending over $1000 on this game I would like an answer.

@Jahosefat We can't speed it up or anything. All bans go through LD. We have no insight into how busy his queue is or how long until he can get to your issue. Wish we could help, but the only thing we can do is point you in his direction. Sorry!
