I have an issue i played Apex a long time ago and now i logged back to my account and started a match found a match and got banned 10minutes its says that the account is banned in new window and goes back to waiting 10minutes im not banned for cheat or anything you can check that .. thanks for help .

Unfortunately we're not able to help with bans here on the forums. If you're repeatedly being told that your account is banned and you believe it was an error, then you can raise a dispute by contacting our terms of service team via the webform in this article:

They'll be able to look into this for you.
