I'm a returning preferred player, when I tried to log back in after a year or so away I found I had been suspended so I went to the account disputes email and they said I was banned for a declined card payment. I got my ban lifted but that was my single warning before they permaban me so I want to figure out what happened and if possible get my warning lifted.
I went to look through my inbox (and spam) for something about this but found nothing, I wasn't notified that a payment was declined nor that I was banned for it (and I also have no clue what I was even charged for). I then went to my account payment history on the SWTOR website and found it blank! The website correctly recognizes me as a "Preferred" account so I definitely have spent money on this game but there is no history of it.
I've replied to the swtor account dispute email that lifted my ban for more information on this mysterious transaction but I'm not sure this is really their department. Who should I contact about this to figure out what I was charged for, when this occurred, and why I was never emailed about these events? Should I report the fact that my payment history page is blank to someone too as that seems like a pretty serious bug, especially given how pertinent it is to situations like mine which don't seem too uncommon.

It's probably best to call CS in that case. To start with, they would probably be able to see those emails and tell you more about them, but they might also have an idea about the payment history - at the very least they would have access to your invoices and could provide them to you after verifying account ownership.
