Definitely seems like a game center problem in my case as well. I hadn't backed up on itunes for quite some time unfortunately and somehow seems like it should be possible to get back to the profile that still exists in the game (guild mates can see it, shows up on swgoh.gg), but haven't yet found anyone that knows how to do so. Sounds like wiping the phone and restoring from backup could work, but I think I'm going to be set so far back it won't be worth it to keep playing with a lower level guild, etc.
