Account Locked? What?

I've been trying to return to SW:TOR, but after a number of years away from the game I seem to have found my account locked for...reasons? I don't know why...but, I would very much like to come back to the game and have no idea what channels to really try. There isn't a phone number, and I was hoping to spend my mini-vacation playing this. I've tried sending an email, but I haven't had any responses. I really need to fix this...any ideas?
