Sorry to say @SamuelGoldsmith but if our team has advised you that they are unable to grant you access to the account then there is nothing that we can do on AHQ to change this. If your PSN Gamertag is linked to an account then it would mean that either you linked the account or else, you granted someone else access to your PSN account and they linked it. As such it's no harm asking anyone who may have used your Gamertag if they would have linked it to an EA account.
