Account Disabled

Hi EA my account is disabled for 6 days I don't know what happened I haven't played in a week or 2 I've been on vacation and I let my little cousins use my account and I just got back and I'm disabled all of the sudden I just want to know if I can get my account undisabled and also why my account was disabled because I seriously don't know what happened
