Hi,
It says “Your EA account is disabled
Your login credentials might have expired. Good news: all you need to do is reset your password at www.ea.com...” EA
I have reset my password twice and it still shows up the same thing ever time. My emails are also the same on my xbox and EA account.
please help!

I am getting the same error. Over and over. I have reset my password at least 4 times. You need to update the promt and removed the "Good News" part of it. Its a complete lie!

Just gotten this today and spoke to an EA rep. No help at all. They said my email registered on EA is not linked to my ID which i have used to play Apex for the past 2 years. If its not linked, how the hell have I been playing for well over 2 years. Utter bull. Now i dont even know what to do. Not gonna start a new account. Guess deleting this pos game and quit is the only solution.

I haven't played since season 5, updated the game today and this screen showed... I've reset my pass twice and its still the same.
