My account is banned after replacing my motherboard and cpu. I reinstalled a fresh copy of windows 10, origin and the game. My account is banned for some reason. I have been given a case number to have this issue looked into by EA, but after 4 days I still have no response from them. There is no phone number to reach them ?

If you are seeing a message along the lines of "too many computers have accessed this account's version...", that should resolve itself within a day or so...
