I recently created this account and I bought Origin Premier Access yesterday to play Battlefield V.
Thing is: I played yesterday normally and earlier today normally too, but a few hours ago, when I tried to login, I've got the message "Sign in Failure".
When I reached EA Help, I got the message that my account was banned because I broke EA's rules.
I'VE GOT NO EMAIL EXPLAINING WHAT HAPPENED;
I DIDN'T HARM ANYONE ONLINE;
I DIDN'T USE ANY THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARES;
I JUST PLAYED THE GAME, FAIR AND SQUARE. MY FRIENDS ARE STILL PLAYING AND MY ACCOUNT IS BANNED!!!!
I already tried to contact EA, but they will only attend me via e-mail.
I'm so FRUSTRATED and ANGRY right now. It's DISGUSTING!!!
