Accidentally skipped storyline

After completing Knights of the Eternal Throne I wanted to start Jedi Under Siege thinking it was the next storyline. So I started it and then realised that I missed out on 2 storylines War for Iokath and Fractured Alliances. I got no warning that this would happen. Is there any way I can go back to do this two missed storylines? Thanks

@WisMat2 Sadly there is no way back. You will have to play these storylines on a different character. 

If you start the first Ossus quest you have to accept the quest after the first warning with 'I understand' and confirm the pop-up window with title 'WARNING' like shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_9DnOdvWiC8

That's the weird thing.  When I finished Knights of the Eternal Throne, it then came up with a message asking if I'd like to play Jedi Under Siege and I clicked 'Yes'.  There were no warnings like in the video you attached.  Would this be a bug?
