Accidentally retired SIM😭

I am in the middle of rushing to do my Lama tasks before the time runs out, and that stupid retirement thing popped up!!!! I accidentally hit it and it RETIRED MY DAMN SIM!!! IT DOESN'T ASK IF YOU ARE SURE YOU WANT TO RETIRE???? HELP!!!! I NEED MY SIM BACK!!! WTF!!! IS THERE A WAY TO REVERSE IT??? I HAVE A LOT VESTED IN THAT SIM!!!! Can anyone help me out??? Why do they not have that simple option of saying no I don't want to retire, or a simple GO BACK button??? WTF!!! I am so mad right now 😣😣😣😣😤😤😤😤😤

You could try to contact EA, but I don't think there is a way back for this... 

Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.

You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

Just curious if you had any luck getting your sim out of retirement? I just had the same thing happen to me this morning and I am not a happy camper!

Same happened to me. It’s the second time! I spend too much money (not to mention the time I spend trying to get everything just as I like).... it doesn’t seem fair and Imdo t think I can put myself through it again. 😢

I completely agree! A simple extra warning would make all the difference. I don’t even want to play this anymore if I can’t have my favorite sim back! I’m sad and devastated.

Best thing to do when you click that retire button on accident is close the game fully immediately. It happened to me twice in one week!

Unfortunately, 👎 I didn't get my Sim back. I even tried to keep her in the house as an elder, but she moved out automatically over time and I haven't seen her since!!💀😥

@MommyRad do you remember when you retired your sim? It might be worth contacting EA Help from Facebook/Twitter, through the website, or in game and ask for a roll back to the day before you retired your sim.

If you ask for a roll back you will lose progress you made from the past few days but you could get your retired sim back. I can’t promise that they will but might be worth a try.
