Access to game is blocked as email not linking to EA account. [ Edited ]

PS$ Plants vs Zombies GW2, when I try to access the game and when my user Halislayer is logging on I get message to link my EA acccount,  I accept the user agreement and then when I put in my email it won't let me advance the next button, keeps looking for a valid EA account email.
