About the standart edition and deluxe pack

I'm a bit confused with these 2 packs.

First of all, I do not see them in the official SWTOR site but only in the origin site so do they really work?

Second, are they usable for existing accounts? It doesn't say anything about it in the site but I just want to be sure.

The standard edition is like the retail box code from initial release, and if a retail code has been applied to an account it cant be applied again, so it is once only use

The deluxe edition is a origin specific pack and can be reused i believe every 6 months

when you purchase these a code is provided to be entered at www.swtor.com so can be redeemed on an existing account.
