About my Apex account being suddenly blocked

Apex I've been playing pretty well lately and then I went on the game today and it was suddenly banned. I don't know why it was banned. I went to the EA website and I didn't see my ban record My computer is new and the computer games have been installed recently. Is the EA ban random? I don't have anything to do with the game and suddenly being banned is really *. That's really disappointing

Not all bans will show up in your ban history.
