P.S. Points lost are -150 per crash. Since I have already been affected 3 times, EA needs to return 450 points to me.
The LP-150 bug should also be fixed immediately.
The abandonment penalty has not been fixed either, but the abandonment penalty and LP minus should only be imposed when returning to the match and selecting "No" in the "Do you want to return to the match? Yes or No" option.
Give players the opportunity to return to the game.
As of September 19, 2023, it has not been fixed.

Soooo tired of playing ranked and it crashes and loosing 100+ LP every time when it’s Respawns fault. They never fix these bugs. They just want their $$$ on the skin recolors.

@EA_Mako It’s really unfortunate you can’t correct a problem that was caused by a game crash. I understand games crash, it happens. The fact that you can’t adjust LP or figure out how to ensure your players aren’t getting penalized for a coding/server error, that is clearly not the users fault. The game even shows match placement 0/20, so it knows we weren’t even placed within the match…. such a shame no one at EA cares enough to look into resolving this problem or at least making an effort to assist the players in reversing the wrongful penalty.
Anyone else who is in here my advice to you is not to use the “random loading screen/music” mine seems to crash when the “OTV breaking news weather report” is the loading screen.

This is really badly designed

Hi I have had this happen several times lately and it makes no sense. If I am trying to immediately reconnect back to the disconnected game then how do you arrive at the conclusion I have abandoned it? Please rethink your approach here and redesign the penalty management. Logically if I don't reconnect within 60 secs or reconnect then leave the game then I clearly have intent but currently you are punishing players for random server issues.

So you telling us you can't do anything about the lose of LP because of the game crashing and we still have to deal with the abandon penalty????
