Abandonment penalty after game crash

Playing ranked I was in the top ten when suddenly the game crashed and wouldn’t let me rejoin and got hit with the abandonment penalty because of bad severs

Sorry to see you weren't able to reconnect to the game. Did you get any particular error message with the game crash?

I'm afraid we're unable to make any adjustments to your LP in these situations, but if you're seeing this happen on a consistent basis I'd definitely recommend checking through these connection troubleshooting steps to see if there's any improvement.

I have lost 350 ladder points this season because the game crashes and I cannot rejoin, APEX should stop giving abandon penalties unless you press YES to leave a match. I will not drop into a ranked match until this is fixed because it is a waste of my time.

@Rob_roode The same thing happens to me at least 5 times every session. I get a 5-10 minute ban and I lose 150 lp. What a fkn joke. I get code snake for closing the game with task manager and starting back up because it won't even let me close the game, it just becomes an unresponsive black screen and if I let it be it just stays like that indefinitely. It only lets me rejoin about 2/10 times it crashes. Fix your game or fix your penalties respawn.

How are you gonna give out 10 minute bans to me (and my party!) when its your servers that are failing? That seems ridiculous.

You should be able to tell on your end if I disconnected purposefully or if your servers just didn't let me load in. Figure it out man

You give us an abandon game penalty when we didn’t want to leave the match but because of your servers, we get kicked, lose ladder points, and have to wait 10 minutes to cue up again. Please fix this and stop making me feel like a rage quitter because I am not.

At the start of a ranked match in Apex Legends, the screen completely freezes (it's not because the PC is down, it's not a connection problem), and it becomes inoperable (incidentally, this problem also happens at the start of the shooting range). ) (Specifications i7-8700K RAM 16GB GTX1080) After restarting, for some reason I couldn't get back into the game and my LP went down to -50 and I received an ejection penalty.
Shouldn't an ejection penalty be applied to cases where a player intentionally leaves the match?

It is unreasonable and cannot be overlooked to impose a penalty for abandonment even though the child has not caused any intentional nuisance. Even though I was kicked out of the game because of this bug or error, it's unpleasant to be treated like I'm the bad guy."When in doubt, punish" is not very sound morality.
Even if it is not technically possible to determine whether this was a nuisance or an accident, at least as it stands now, there is a big problem. Please implement at least remedies 1 and 2 above. I don't think 1 and 2 are relevant to trolls, so I don't think it would be a problem to implement them.
Please correct the above points as soon as possible and refund the lost points if possible.

Three times this season alone for a total of 450 LP + whatever I would have earned in the game!
