Abandon penalty being placed after a server error disconnect

While playing ranked, I was d/c'd the beginning of the match, my internet was still up so I attempted to reconnect to the lobby only to receive the same error.

Following that I tried to login back in to see if I lost points for that, however the game didn't show the game I was d/c from as my previous played game. I attempt to ready up only for it to cancel out after "Starting Server".

I go for a reset on my wifi extender as my ping was about 20ms higher than usual. Afterwards I login and the earlier ranked match I had attempted to reconnect to deducts points and provides an abandonment penalty already ticked half down.
