Abandon Penalty for the network connection issue [ Edited ]

I was playing ranked match, then my internet provider down for 1 or 2 minutes, connect back to the game, now I got ABANDON penalty because I ABANDONED the game which I DIDN'T.

This problem has to be fixed.
