APEX can't start the game.

Why can't my tournament start?   When the regular season starts, I'm the only one in the game?   Am I still a hacker?

@Youarelov- I think the best way forward is to continue contact with case 49569564. From what I can see they tried some troubleshooting steps, can you try them then get back on that case number?

@电针大卫 I cannot play in rank and just can play the normal game. When I started normal game, I found there are many people who were cheating. Somehow, there were only myself on board. I do not know what happened.

My Apex can't play normally, I can log in the battlefield, but I have always been alone, no other online players!And can't enter qualifying! In order to let you know the situation, I took a screenshot of the pictures in the game. what is happening? I can't match any player online game!I believe that this ban was issued by accident and would sincerely ask for an unlock. please double check my account and lift the ban for me!
