APEX WON'T START HE ENTER ON GAME AFTER 3 SECOND CLOSE WITOUT ANY ERROR AND I SUBBIT 2 CASES AND THEY CANT FIX IT SO I GET REMOVE I PUT A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY AND NOW I WASTE THEM FROM YOUR FOUL!!! DISRESPECT!!!

Hi @MAFGambino. 

I know that dealing with crashing is definitely a tough situation. What sort of steps have you already tried so far? I just wanted to make sure we don't go over the same steps you've already tried if they haven't worked for you. 

Also, would you be able to get a DxDiag for me so we can take a look? You can find more details on how to pull it up over at the article on gathering system info from the EA Help website. Once you have the DxDiag file you can attach it to this thread. Thanks!
