APEX Legends very laggy with pc specs above the recommended

Having issues with lag in Apex Legends. I have had this same lag playing the game since it came out originally, but only recently came back to it after giving up thinking an update may have fixed it. I've lowered all the graphics settings and have specs above the recommended. Any ideas?

2: Internet speed
3: What OS / Build do you run?
4: All drivers updated?
5: Any 3rd party software running like Anti-virus, discord etc?
6: do you or any other member in the household watch youtube, streams or downloading while playing?

8: Have you tried using a public DNS to see if this resolve the issue?
