APEX Legends Streaming Texture Problem

So I Have This Problem In Apex Legends: 

So I have been having this problem with only Apex Legends. I just upgraded to a Saphire Nitro RX580 8gb. So I play everything on the highest without any problem. The only thing is, whenever my texture streaming budget is set to anything other than none, everything turns black. So the sand, random guns, etc. Though itll still run without a problem, its just that stuff is black. I have tried uninstalling graphics drivers and re installing them. Im not sure what else I can do to try and fix this. I have anRyzen5 2600, 16gb ram, Saphire Nitro RX580 8gb if that helps any!
