APEX GPU OVERHEATING

Please help me, after i change my motherboard whenever i play apex my gpu starts overheating (around 70 to 90 degrees) and the gameplay starts lagging. before i change my motherboard, i'm not having this issue (i change my mb from a320 to b450). this issue only happened in apex cuz i try to play other game like BFV and GTA V and my gpu temp is normal. 

 

my rig :

ryzen 3 3100 

msi GTX 1650 super 4gb vram

msi b450 pro vdh max

8gb ram dual channel 2400mhz

HDD 1TB

70-80 Degrees for a GPU is alright for a GPU but hot.
The reason why you start lagging is that your GPU is clocking down to make sure it's not overheating.
What you can do is going into MSI Afterburner and lowering the GPU Max temperature or adjust your fan curve.

 

What also could be an option is lowering details like shadows or ambient occlusion.

Can you check if one of these things makes your game experience better?
