A banned account is not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to review your account and determine of the ban could be overturned. 

For more information on how to set up a case with them visit the EA Help website. The TOS team will follow up with you via email as soon as they can, so keep an eye out for a response.
