According to this article: https://www.thenerdmag.com/server-time-out-issue/

This is a fix for the server time out issue. If you read the comments it is said that you have to re-enable the services when you close the game. You have to stop the services when you have the game open.

If you have any issues regarding this fix then look in the comments or look in the article's comments. I have not tried this yet, but from what I see from the comments this is a fix for the issue.

I forgot to add that in the article it says that it is a possible fix so it doesn't hurt to try it.

I don't have a FX CPU , but I also was also experiencing this.

I tried everything nothing worked , then i enabled my VPN and have not had a timeout error since.

EA_Blueberry linked me here, the audio disable seemed to work as i was not disconnected for multiple matches. it has only been one hour so i will come back and update this tomorrow

As for my crash to desktop with no error MSG, i am still having issues ( that's why im typing this now) funny enough i did not experience these crashes in the first few days of release, just the disconnect issue. not sure what is causing

EDIT: 24+ Hours no disconnection issues whole using the windows audio method.

Disabling cores did NOT fix the crash to desktop issue .

System info:

  • FX-6100
  • HD-7950
  • 16gb 1333hz RAM
