Its mark solved because it cant be fixed!

Think of it this way.

You just got that new ps4 game you head home, you stick it in a ps2 and are getting mad it dont work....Disappointed

I'm sorry but its time to get a new rig...

It's marked "solved" for another, pretty obvious, reason. It can be truly solved. It can be fixed. Very simple. There are many examples of same fixes in other games.
