ALGS Year 3 Registration Error

I tried to sign up for ALGS Year 3, and I consistently get an error saying "Oops! Something went wrong." I've edited my DNS of my ethernet/internet. I've tried using my phone, tablet, firefox, chrome, internet explorer, microsoft edge, etc. I've cleared my cookies and cache.
