A Tremendous Service Bug

“A Tremendous Service” Multiplayer Milestone glitched:

Prior to the game’s most recent update, I had 25/26 milestones completed and then I finished my last one (The Aggressor) to find that I had 1/26 milestones completed.

This has taken me quite a while to complete and it is frustrating as I cannot claim my “choker” emote and 500 crystal reward.

I’d appreciate it if you looked into this issue.

Yes exact same issue for me. Just finished the Aggressor achievement on PC after downloading the update and I am 1/26 as well. Please fix. It tool a long time to complete some of these.

The exact same problem just occurred for me! I completely the aggressor as my final multiplayer milestone and it says I've only completed 1/26 now. Very annoying

Well....I just lost an hour of my life talking to an EA "help" person....after reporting the same issue that it would seem many other people are having. He acted like it was the first he had heard about it! He had no answers for me. Could not give me an ETA on when the problem would be fixed. Said he was sending it to a "specialist"...... And also said he would not "escalate" the issue after I told him of the forum conversations people were having. How can this company release new patches and game modes without fixing an existing problem? Typical. When asked about a refund, he said there was nothing they could do! Pull it together Electronic Arts!

I've called support twice (weeks apart) on this issue which I've had since late November/early December.  Both times they did the same thing. Wasted an hour of my time the first time, had me install some third party software to try to clean up my computer which also closed out the support chat I had open, and acted like they never heard of it before.  Second time around I pushed through and cut to the chase that this has been reported before and will it be fixed. They said it would have to be fixed in a future patch.  Two patches since then and still no fix.  Worthless......

Tremendous Service and other milestones issues that its not working is a known issue and something we are working on.

I don't have an ETA when this will be fixed.
