60 Day Subscription Purchase Error

Hello, I recently bought a 60 day non-recurring subscription yesterday afternoon. During the purchase I was given an error but saw that the charge still went through to my bank account. I did not receive an email receipt that I was able to find and have not had my account status changed to Subscriber even after restarting the game client many times. My username is AThousandStorms.

I read online that there was an issue with the EA Origin account email address and the SWTOR email address causing issues so I changed my SWTOR one. Here is the purchase from my payment log on my SWTOR account. 
 

2020/07/09 12:08 AM STAR WARS(TM): The Old Republic(TM)60-Day Game Time CLOSED $ 29.99 $ 2.34 $ 32.33 1003911098547

 

Now I am just wondering if I will need to repurchase the 60 day subscription, and if so will I be able to get a refund for the first purchase, or if there are any other alternatives.

You have another EA /Origin account that uses the Persona lancelot127, that account needs a password reset to restore purchasing with swtor

I bought a 60 day non-recurring subscription two days ago and even though there was an error  it was still charged to my account.  Username is ToxicDomo

Support are refunding that 60 day purchase, they said if you repurchase now it will work as intended.

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona quitethetwist  (not twist212) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account

 

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

 

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

 

as to the 2 open puchases, let me know when you have reset the password on that account and can follow up what can be done
