500th pack [ Edited ]

Okay so.. i started season 4 and i'm lvl 498, bought season 4 and 5 battle pass(I completed it) season 6 i am on BP 72. i opened about 279 packs from the store. completed the S5 Quest and 33 on the S6 Quest. Am i missing out or did i just passed 500th pack without a heirloom? i play on PC anyone can help me with this? Can someone check it cause as far as i know i have already opened 528 packs i made sure to kept track of my packs opened.

You should be automatically granted an heirloom every 500 packs. If it wasn't received, your count is most likely off a bit.
