50 Star chest still open [ Edited ]

I opened the chest last week and today only the 10 and 30 star chests were closed again O.o 
I didnt open the 50* chest but it was already opened

Can anybody help me pls`?

Is there any fix for this ? The event just started and I wont be able to finisih the event without my 50 stars red chest

this is also happening to me just looked today and it was open the 30 and the 10 are shut though

Same happening with me. I need to open it to unlock the last key (green one)
I logged in 30 min after the event drops.

no got on two hours after it started
