4K badge didn't unlock after the last update

Had a 4K game finally but the game didn't give me the badge. Tried to unlock an easier one but the game just doesn't let me. in addition after the last update the lobby keeps showing me my last season rank. I attached the screenshot I took just after the game. Tried to hit the support up but the solution the came up with didn't solve anything. If you play apex you know how hard is to get that badge so if someone can help me I'll be very grateful. Please fix this game respawn!!
