4:3 Black bars are back

Basically what the title says, my black bars on a 4:3 resolution are back after this update. Is there a way to fix it?

Can I ask what resolution are you using when playing the game?

If you have an Nvidia GPU then it's worth checking the Nvidia control panel and ensuring that all your settings are correct.
