4.2SSE Capable CPU Still Crashes [ Edited ]

I have a CPU that runs 4.2SSE (i3-6100) and yet the game still crashes to desktop without error. Seems like a reasonable amount of other people are also experiencing this issue, yet no acknowledgement from the developers. What is the problem???? It clearly is not the fact that my CPU can't run 4.2SSE because skylake can, so what's happening?

I also have a RX 480 as my GPU.
