4/16-4/23 2x Event Level Limit

It seems this is the only place I can ask (tried on Twitter [https://twitter.com/tsukasadt/status/1116694451353735173]): is the 2x event starting Tuesday really only for levels 50-70 characters as shown on the website?

That level requirement was for the gree event so they forgot amend it 

See this link as you can see there are no requirements for the double xp event
