3x only 7 crystals in Han Solo Smuggling Veteran Pack

Hello,

I allready tried it with the Chat and Email support, but they werent able to help me. I also posted my problem in the customer experience with the nr 34044821. I bought 3 packs of the Han Solo Smuggling Veteran and got 3 times only 7 crystals on different days. When you get the cyrstals at a chance principle, then i think this was a bug or similiar mistake. The biggest dissapointment was that I would've been able to buy both smuggling veterans for the money I tired to get Han with.
