Just turned on now. 2 days playing fine. Downloaded update. Account restricted. . Any answers on why yet or a cure?

Same thing just happened to me.

I had just completed a mission with 3 friends. My game got stuck at the end of the rewards sequence so I had to close the application and then log back in...but now the game won't let me in at all.

PS4.

No ban e-mail.

No misdeeds.

Was in the middle of a mission and for kicked out. Then when tried to reconnect for this error.

This has just happened to me as well. I played for a few hours this morning after it updated and it had worked just fine.

Same problem on Xbox, UK. List connection to servers and same error.

I understand that you trying your best but come on, how come some accounts can log on and half of the world can't? Rewrite your database maybe?

Kinda relieved I'm not the only one getting this.

Downloaded the latest update, booted up... and Bam! Account Restricted .

Hope Someone can give us some idea of what's going on soon!

Same problem on XB1 after new patch...I played yesterday with no problems and I finally have time today to play and I get a message that I'm restricted?!? I bought the LoD edition and I've been a staunch defender of Anthem on YouTube message boards, etc. AND then this restriction happens!?! Fix it ASAP!!! :-(
